Deposits
To hold your desired time we require a 50% deposit 6 months prior to your reservation date.
Funds accepted are U.S. Checks, Cashiers Checks or Travelers Checks.
Upon receipt of full payment prior to your arrival, we will provide you with instruction for keys.

RATES (in U.S. Dollars)
Monthly rate for the House [4 bedrooms] is $ 4,500
Monthly rate the House with Bungalow [6 bedrooms]: $6,500
Different rates may apply during holiday or special events.
Monthly Rental rates include Water Utility, Electricity, Local Phone Service, High Speed Internet, Cable TV, Pool and House Cleaning.

Rental Boat and/or Fishing Guide can be arranged for Dockside service upon request.
